Cora Layher is a contemporary artist based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She received her BFA in General Fine Arts with a minor in Illustration from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2025. Layher works in both traditional and time-based mediums to create imagery centered around the stylization of the human form
Alongside her studio practice, Layher has experience in exhibition installation, curation, arts programming, public speaking, visitor engagement, and arts communication. She has exhibited throughout MICA and Baltimore and has worked on exhibitions and artist programming in professional and educational settings.
